Hebei Construction Engineering Group Solidly Carries Out 2026 "Quality Month" Activities

In accordance with the arrangements of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Hebei Quality Association,we, Hebei Construction Engineering Group issued the special Notice accordingly. Closely following the theme "Consolidating Quality and Technical Foundation and Improving Quality and Safety Assurance," we carried out "Quality Month" activities from September 1 to September 30. With extensive mobilization and total involvement, all our subsidiaries, branches, and project departments produced an atmosphere of "all-round responsibilities for quality improvement" and contributed to the development of the quality management guideline.

Making Coordinated Arrangements to Shape Quality-Oriented Awareness

We hung banners, scrolled slogans on LED screens, and organized signing activities in the Group company. All our subsidiaries and branches established the leading group, formulated dedicated activity plans, and clarified activity objectives. The project departmentsheld "Quality Month" kick-off meetings either at site or online, organized oath-taking and themed signature activities. The start-up of the activities also took place in the projects located in other provinces and foreign countries. In this case, all the employees were provided with the access to the further sharpen their quality awareness. 

Deepening Learning and Training to Consolidate the Quality and Technical Foundation

The promotion and implementation of the technical codes and the special training on technical data management of construction engineering were launched at the Group company's Technical Quality Lecture Hall, with the attendance of 300 trainees either online or in person. All our subsidiaries and branches actively organized management personnel to study the Outline for Building China into a Country Strong on Quality, the Outline for Building Hebei Province into a Province Strong on Quality, and general specifications of construction industry, quality management systems. The promotion, implementation, and training strengthened the awareness of "quality first" and improved the professional level of technical personnel.

Carrying Out Special Inspections and Rectifying HiddenRisks with Closed-Looped Management

Taking the "Quality Month" as an opportunity, we organized afull-scale self-inspection, self-correction and special inspection on engineering quality in the aspect of physical works, process control, engineering documentation, listed the problems due to be rectified, unlisted the rectified problems upon review, and achieved closed-loop management. The Branch Companies conducted full-coverage quality inspections across ongoing projects. Some projects introduced third-party testing and organized joint inspections by all participating parties to comprehensively identify and rectify on-site quality hazards, shoring up the quality defense line for project construction. 

Innovating Activity Platforms to Kindle Total Involvement

We actively organized distinctive activities such as quality knowledge contests, skill competitions and rationalization proposal collection. We held a knowledge contest of construction engineering archives in the Group company. Meanwhile, Our subsidiaries and branch companies organized activities suited to their own circumstances, includinghands-on skills competitions, quality knowledge quizzes, Party-themed day activities, and opinion collection. These initiatives broadly energized frontline managers and workers and created a healthy atmosphere where everyone competes, learns, and improves. 

Advancing Digital Management to Improve Product Quality

We continued to roll out the quality module of its “BIM + Smart Construction Site” platform, enabling online inspection, rectification,and closure of quality issues. Project departments actively adopted digital tools such as QR code and online quizzes, integrating IT into on-site quality control and effectively enhancing the efficiency and precision of quality management.

Strengthening the Pursuit of Excellence and Building Premium Projects

We adhered to a exemplar-led approach, incorporating quality excellence requirements into each construction process in advance. We organized studies of various quality project evaluation standards, strictly implemented management systems such as the exemplar-first principle, the three-inspection system, and mandatory first-piece inspection, and actively cultivated quality excellence results. During QualityMonth, multiple projects of the Group company received provincialand industry-level quality engineering honors, and some projects passed the public announcement period for the National Quality Engineering Award, further enhancing the brand influence of the Group company's quality projects.

Going forward, we will translate the outcomes of Quality Month activities into long-term management mechanisms, continue to consolidate the quality and technical foundation, maintain strict control ove quality throughout the entire process, and continuously improve the ability to ensure engineering quality and safety.
